About Chef Hubert Goussard, AKI Hotel Hong Kong – MGallery Collection
Chef Hubert Goussard’s culinary journey began at 15 when he attended cooking school. He trained under Chef Olivier Roellinger at Les Maisons de Bricourt, mastering fresh, seasonal ingredients. His experience at three-Michelin-starred Le Petit Nice Passedat deepened his seafood expertise. In 2016, he moved to Hong Kong, blending French cuisine with Asian aesthetics.
