Guarantee Policy
All reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card valid at the date of the start of your stay, unless otherwise specified.
Cancellation Policy
No cancellation charge applies prior to 18:00 (local time), up to 1 day prior to arrival. Beyond that time, the first night will be charged.
Special requirements
The hotel 100% Non Smoking Property, please note that a cleaning fee of HKD1,500 will be levied to any guest found to be smoking
in any of our rooms.

Baby cribs are available for free for children up to 2 years old. Extra beds are only available in our Suites and are subject to availability.
An additional charge for third person occupancy will be automatically applied.
For our Suites a third occupant is allowed, subject to a supplement charge which will include breakfast, extra bed and Executive Lounge benefits. Individuals above the age of 12 are considered as adults by the Hotel.
Rooms and Suites can only be rented for lodging purposes. Prior written confirmation from the hotel management is required for any other use of the rooms and suites (commercial, private events…). All visitors are required to register at the Front Desk.

Free accommodation and breakfast for up to 1 child under 13 years old using existing bedding in parents’ room and having breakfast as a family. No guest under 18 years old will be permitted to stay without being accompanied by a legal guardian
